(Honours) Law Degree from London, United Kingdom in 2008, and was called to the Bar at The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, London, United Kingdom in 2010 and subsequently became qualified as a Barrister of England & Wales in 2014. Furthermore, Mr. Ehtesham Khan enrolled on the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test Scheme in 2010 and successfully dual-qualified as a Solicitor of England & Wales in 2012, and then qualified as a Solicitor Advocate of England & Wales by qualifying with Higher Rights of Audience in Civil Proceedings in 2013 and Higher Rights of Audience in Criminal Proceedings in 2014.
