Sara Hussain’s role at Adam Bernard Solicitors includes spearheading the firm’s Legal, Corporate and Commercial Contracts department where she brings in her experience of drafting, analysing, negotiating and amending commercial contracts. The department seeks to offer the same high quality contractual safeguards afforded to large corporations to small and medium businesses in an array of industries.

Sara has commercial contracts experience both in the UK and internationally and pre-pandemic worked in a top, in-house, international legal department in Chengdu, China. 

Sara’s proficiency spans a wide spectrum, encompassing the drafting, reviewing, advising, and negotiation of contracts within the domain of commercial law. Her expertise extends to multifaceted areas such as business terms and conditions, supply of services agreements, and online terms and conditions and she has a particular specialism in industry-based contracts across software, health care, logistics and recruitment. 

Simultaneously and beyond her legal experience Sara manages Adam Bernard Solicitors’ digital marketing initiatives.
