Mr Rashad Aslam is the Founding Partner of Adam Bernard. He is a well-known recognised solicitor with a broad practice in Human Rights, International law, Immigration and Civil Litigation. He is highly reputable in both international and domestic practice with a very high success rate.
Mr. Aslam advises International States and the Parliament on issues surrounding International Law. Mr. Aslam is currently representing the Manipur government in exile where he provides advice and guidance in accordance with International Law.

Mr. Aslam is admitted and practices as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in October 2008. He has been Called to the Bar as a Barrister in October 2012. Mr. Aslam has also completed the L.L.M in Commercial Laws.
Mr. Aslam was engaged in a notable Court of Appeal case of MA (Pakistan) and Ors v SSHD [2016] EWCA Civ 705 where the Court of Appeal considered when it is reasonable to remove a non-British child. Adam Bernard Solicitors has successfully ensured that the right of migrant children is given greater protection, whose interest should be the primary consideration for the Courts.
