Ola joined Adam Bernard in 2017 having qualified and practiced in several London firms since 2012. Ola primarily deals with Civil and Commercial litigation matters.

Ola deals with a wide range of Civil disputes and holds memberships in several professional bodies. Ola has over 10 years of litigation experience in County Courts, High Court, Court of Appeal, Employment and Property Tribunals. He has acted for several clients under various funding arrangements, both for the Claimants and Defendants. Ola is commercially aware of the need to resolve disputes efficiently for clients within financial restraints.

Ola handles fraud, trust and financial services disputes, including case worldwide freezing orders. He has also handled medical negligence cases against the NHS and London Ambulance Service. Ola provides advice to both private individuals and businesses on a variety of different matters. Where possible, as an alternative to costly Court Proceedings, Ola recommends alternative dispute resolution.
