If your application for further leave to remain has been refused you may be entitled to appeal against the decision. THE FEES BELOW INCLUDE:

  • Evaluating documents

  • Setting up and processing the application to the Home Office

THE FEES BELOW DO NOT INCLUDE:

  • VAT: value-added tax affect cases in which people are currently holding Leave to Remain permit in the UK. This will be a 20% sum that will be added to our fees. The value-added tax will not be applied in case of initial application for Leave.
  • Disbursements: expenses regarding your case that can be paid to third parties, such as fees for the visa and interpreters’. Additional information can be found below.
  • The charges mentioned above exclude fees for work in case of Home Office refusal of your application and subsequently guidance for an appeal.

THE SERVICES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Providing guidance based on your circumstances in detail and verifying which is the most appropriate application for you to make while explaining all the possible options;
  • Providing an index of all the necessary for the application;
  • Offering you guidance in regards to the requirements outlined by the Immigration Rules and assessing if you hold all the necessary
  • In case you don’t have all the necessary requirements, we can provide guidance on how to successfully gain it when possible;
  • Examine all the documents provided by you as supporting evidence.
  • If required, we will assist in obtaining additional evidence (medical records or bank statements). Furthermore, we will assist in obtaining witness statements.
  • We will estimate the necessary time to prepare and submit your application and will do so on your behalf.
  • In case the Home Office requires an interview, it will be our care to prepare you with relevant advice for your appointment.
  • Providing you with the necessary feedback in reference to your application and the following steps you might need to take.

TIME-SCALE FOR IMMIGRATION APPLICATIONS:

The estimated time frame necessary to take care of your case will be dependent on your specific conditions, for example:

  • Languages you speak
  • Absence of relevant documents and the necessary time to provide them
  • Presence of dependents in the application process
  • The volume of evidence that will have to be assessed to support your case

The time that the Home Office will take to process your application is independent of our work, therefore, we are unable to give any guarantee on possible time frames.

We may quote a fixed fee based on our hourly fee earner hourly rates based on an approximation of the number of hours. Generally, it takes between 4-8 hours of work to complete a general application, however this varies. This means that on average costs are between £500 and £6,000 depending on the application.

This is only an estimated guide fee and it may change significantly according to the complexity of your case

What is included

Our fees encompass all tasks related to preparing and submitting the specified application according to your instructions. These services include, but are not limited to, the following:

  1. Compiling a document checklist to provide guidance on the necessary materials for your specific instructions.
  2. Examining the pertinent documents for additional guidance and recommendations.
  3. Filling out the appropriate application forms.
  4. Crafting written submissions or representations; and
  5. Engaging in all necessary telephone calls, email correspondence, and meetings to support the tasks mentioned above.

Disbursements

The Home Office fees and any associated expenses for third parties are paid by you directly to the relevant authority/company. The table below relates to our legal fees only. An example of disbursements for immigration cases may include, but are not limited to;

  • Fees associated with the translation of documents;
